Gabrielle Bures Hello! My name is Gabrielle Bures, and I’m so excited to be a part of your child’s learning journey. I have been with Everest Point since 2022. I hold a BA in Inclusive Elementary Education from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS), and I’m passionate about creating an engaging and inclusive classroom where every student feels valued and empowered to succeed. Outside of the classroom, I’m a proud wife and a dog mom to my lovable long-haired dachshund, Dudley. When I’m not teaching, you can find me curled up with a good book, exploring the outdoors, or traveling whenever I get the chance to experience new places and cultures. I truly believe that every child has the potential to shine, and I’m here to support them every step of the way. I look forward to working with your family and helping your child grow academically and personally in a safe, nurturing, and fun environment!

Kat Burton Hello! My name is Kat Burton, and I am the Art Variety Teacher at Everest Point. I am a native of Mississippi and received my bachelor's in fine arts from Belhaven University in Jackson, MS. Since I was a little girl, I have always had a love for art and nature. I spent a lot of my childhood immersed in the woods, lakes, and rivers with a sketchbook and pencil in hand. I love sharing my love for beauty and art with others and have been teaching art to children and adults for 12 years. My hope and goal as an art teacher is to foster a spirit of wonder in all my students and to help them find joy in the process of creating. When I am not making messes with students, I enjoy traveling and sketching my adventures, sewing and quilting, and spending time with my family. |

Julie Damaso
Hi, I'm Julie Damaso and I am so grateful to be a part of the EPHA team this school year. I have been educating students for 16 years now and have a true passion for learning. I currently live in SE Aurora with my husband, 4 children and 3 cats. We have been homeschooling our children since 2015 and appreciate all of the opportunities it brings. Our family loves to watch Dodger baseball, celebrate holidays, serve in a variety of areas at our church, and travel the world together! |

Leigh Moore I'm a Colorado native who was raised in Texas. My husband, Brendon, and I have four children, and we love to take road trips, go camping, and watch movies together. I have a degree in English from Texas A&M University, and an M.A. in Literature from Baylor University, where I taught composition classes for over a decade. I've also homeschooled my own children since our oldest began kindergarten in 2008. We thought we would "try it out" for one year, but never looked back, and that oldest child is now in college! I've been with Everest Point since it began--it's the best job and the best families and students! I am passionate about reading good books, and teaching effective writing skills, and I truly love serving our community. |

Kathy Reid I am so excited to be here at Everest Point Centennial, having made the move from CEC Inverness. Supporting our homeschool students and their families is such a blessing. I grew up in this beautiful state of Colorado, am a CU grad and faithful Buff fan. I have had the honor, along with my husband, of raising our two sons. We have recently become empty nesters and hope to start some traveling. I have a passion for wellness and enjoy continually learning more about it. I am grateful to be a part of this amazing program.
